This is an exciting time to join our company’s head office working with a great team, which just moved to a funky new space on York Street incorporating sit/stand workstations, stylish facilities & various other perks.

Our ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years’ worth of admin experience & has experience with social media. You will have amazing attention to detail, a proactive & enthusiastic approach to work, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

This position has opened due to the previous employee stepping into a new position – this means you will have ongoing support & training.

You’ll be working in the small admin team doing…
• Compliance Management – Contract Paperwork, Insurance, WHS
• Liaising with contract prep and sending contracts for new contractors via EchoSign
• Online WHS Training for new contractors
• Assisting new contractors with queries
• Assisting consultants with queries
• Business card preparation
• Social Media Content Update (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook)
• Booking flights / accommodation
• Help organise team events
• Help with sales presentation
• General admin duties as they arise
